1. Quotes/Estimates

We are happy to provide free quotes for services within a 35-mile radius of the Oklahoma City metro area. Any requests that fall outside of this radius will be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated to the client at the time of the quote. All quotes/estimates will be conducted at the client's requested property or location and a digital or physical copy of the estimate can be requested.

2. Booking Confirmation

Please note that we cannot fully confirm any booking until we have contacted the client directly and received the necessary information to proceed. This may include but is not limited to your name, property details, preferred dates/times, the service type and any special requests. Without this information, we cannot guarantee the availability of our services. Clients are able to book up to 2 weeks in advanced with a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to the service date. 

3. Right to Reject Booking Requests

The Pink Crew LLC reserves the right to reject any booking requests for any reason, at our sole discretion. We strive to provide quality service to every client, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
